You’ll be welcomed at our Church and greeted with warm smiles and friendly handshakes. Our goal is that everyone feels included and loved as part of our Family of God. We here at The Storehouse have ministries to help individuals build relationships, feel a sense of belonging, fulfill their calling to use their Spiritual Gifts in creative service, and produce a Community pleasing to our Heavenly Father.
We are a Southern Baptist Church and an active member of the Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia (SBCV) state convention. We are a small church with a big mission that begins right here in our community and reaches out to state, national, and world-wide mission causes. We average now around 65 on a given Sunday but our Worship Center, located behind the house that faces Jessup, can seat over 125 people. Cantatas and special events easily fill our church with over 100 attendees.
Whether you are married or single, young or old, child or teen, all of us find our purpose in life and our connection with each other in the wonderful fact that God loves us. He has an exciting plan for your life and we are here to help you discover that plan, and to follow His will.
We hope to see you soon, but, in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions and please remember us in your prayers. Know that we are here for you!
Our new Church Bus can provide a ride to those requesting it. Thirteen members rode it to Fayetteville, WV, to deliver backpacks we packed for Appalachian children.
