We’re a Bible believing, conservative Southern Baptist Church. We love GOD and believe that He’s very much alive and that CHRIST saves those who turn to Him for salvation. We believe salvation comes only through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. In order to be saved a person must put their trust in the finished work of Jesus’ death, burial, bolily resurrection, and soon return. Ephesians 2:8-9 says “For by grace you are saved through faith, and this is not from yourselves; it is God’s gift — not from works, so that no one can boast.”
We receive members by profession of faith in Jesus as Savior and Lord and scriptural baptism by immersion, by transfer from churches of like faith, and by statement of one’s experience of the above. Several times a year we hold baptism services with a portable baptistry we bring in, fill up, and heat. The Lord’s Supper is observed monthly, usually on the first Sunday in the morning service.
We thank GOD for blessing our ministry and give Him all the glory. “Our prayer is that He will send others to help us because “the harvest is great, but the laborers are few!”
Mission Statement
We are a family of faith who exist to lift up the Lord Jesus Christ by leading others to know Him, by studying and learning to obey His Word, and by loving, witnessing, and ministering as we live out the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18-20. We subscribe to the Southern Baptist Convention’s Baptist Faith and Message statement of faith.
